All items are printed on demand and are not eligible for refunds. If you receive a defective or damaged item please contact us so we can arrange the return of the items to be replaced. If for any reason you are not happy with a product please contact U.S. Custom Tees at 888-653-9222. Please check the size guides carefully to ensure you get the correct fit before purchasing.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or call us at 888-653-9222.

If your item is defective or damaged and eligible for return then you will be provided with a pre-paid label to return your item. The label will include a tracking number to track the progress of the shipment. The exchanged item must be returned and received by U.S. Custom Tees before a new item is sent.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us may vary.
