U.S. Custom Tees is a small team of graphic designers and printers in Ashland, Kentucky, making custom graphic t-shirts one order at a time. No warehouses full of pre-printed stock — every shirt is printed on demand right here in our shop, usually within 24 hours of your order.

That’s why our catalog runs from state t-shirts for all 50 states to patriotic tees, and why our online t-shirt designer lets you build something completely your own. We print on the District® Perfect Weight® Tee for men’s sizes, the District® Very Important Tee® for youth sizes, and Rabbit Skins™ fine jersey and baby rib for toddler tees and baby one piece snap suits — combed ring spun cotton across the board, with tear-away labels so nothing itches. Same design, every size, so the whole family can match.
