Vermont t-shirts should look like they belong on a trail, not in a lobby. Ours do. Our Kentucky shop prints each design direct to garment. Because the ink cures into the cotton, the shirt layers under a shell without bunching or cracking.
Two Peaks, Two Crowds
Killington Peak Vermont names the second highest mountain in the state. Skiers call the resort below it the Beast of the East. Meanwhile, Camel’s Hump Mountain Vermont belongs to hikers instead. That summit stays undeveloped on purpose, and locals like it that way.
Winter and the Long Trail
Vermont runs on two seasons that both sell shirts. Snow fills the resorts from November onward. Then the Long Trail opens up, running the full length of the state. In addition, it is the oldest long-distance hiking trail in the country. For more trail artwork, see our nature and outdoors tees.
Who Buys One
Second-home families order steadily. Students at the state colleges follow. Because Vermont holds barely 650,000 people, plenty of buyers live elsewhere now. For example, a Camel’s Hump shirt turns up in a lot of Boston closets.
Cotton, Sizes and Shipping
Each Vermont t-shirt uses 4.3 oz combed ring-spun cotton. On dark colors we lay a white base first, then print the artwork on top. Men’s sizes run small through 4XL, so read the men’s size guide. Kids get their own cuts in the youth guide, the toddler guide, and the baby one piece. Most orders ship within 24 hours.
Print Your Own Mountain
Stowe, Mad River and Jay Peak all deserve artwork. If yours is missing, our design your own t-shirt guide covers the process. Alternatively, browse the full state t-shirt collection.
Get the matching decal too: our Vermont Stickers are printed in the USA on durable outdoor vinyl in sizes from 3 to 9 inches.
