Free Shipping

Shipping

All products have Free Shipping within the USA, unless otherwise noted.  All t-shirts are freshly printed and pressed when ordered and in most cases ship out the same day via First Class Mail through the United States Postal Service. If any problems arise with your order such as inventory problems you will be contacted immediately by a representative at U.S. Custom Tees. We strive to get your order out as soon as possible. It is our goal to ship all items the same day they are ordered. Any custom t-shirts or direct to garment t-shirts are usually shipped within 3-5 days.

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA and in most cases ship your order same day.

Canada Shipping

U.S. Custom Tees now ships to Canada! We charge a handling fee of $5.00 flat to ship to Canada. We love our friends up north!

International Shipping

U.S. Custom Tees ships to almost every country in the world for a $12 flat fee. If you have any questions contact U.S. Custom Tees customer service at info@uscustomtees.com or 888-653-9222.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we will do everything we can to make you happy with your order. If an item needs exchanged for any reason U.S. Custom Tees will send the new item along with a paid return envelope for the old item. If you do not like the item and want a refund U.S. Custom Tees will send a pre-paid label through email and customers are responsible for printing out the label on their printer and attaching it to the original package and making sure the package is sealed well enough that the item will not be damaged during transit. Once the package is received by the U.S. Custom Tees warehouse then the refund will be initiated immediately. However, it may be a few days before you see the refund appear in your account, depending on bank transaction times.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you need to exchange an item for any reason call us or email us and we will have your exchanged item out the door in 24hrs in most cases.

International returns are accepted. However, it is up to the customer to pay for return shipping. U.S. Custom Tees will pay to ship the exchanged item. If you have further questions please contact us.
